NOTE: Rarely, we find a problem that can require a new motherboard. This
repair can be expensive. If you choose not to go forward with the repair, we will charge a minimal diagnostic fee
for the work that was done to that point. This fee covers our time and expertise in diagnosing the problem.

LCD Displays
If
you are experiencing any issues with dimming, a hard to read screen, a pink or reddish hue to your screen, or simply no illumination
due to age or dropping the unit, then you are definitely in need of our backlight repair services. If we find that your problem is something other than a backlight repair that is needed, such as a video card or motherboard
issue, we will contact you to inform you of the cost of the repair and give you the option of having your unit returned or
to request authorization to charge the additional amount and complete the repair.
Although it has never been an
issue : we strongly recommend that you back up your important information as we will not be liable for data loss.
We are not able to guarantee any repair if your laptop has previously been disassembled.
Otherwise our work is guaranteed for 90 days. Warranty is void if there has been physical damage, or misuse. Additionally,
the motherboard is only covered to the extent of the DC power jack replacement.
